What does FinCEN stand for?

VIENNA, Va. - To provide clarity and regulatory certainty for businesses and individuals engaged in an expanding field of financial activity, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) today issued the following guidance, Application of FinCEN's Regulations to Persons Administering, Exchanging, or Using Virtual Currencies.

What does FinCEN do?

Treasury’s FinCEN team and our law enforcement partners will work with foreign counterparts across the globe to appropriately oversee virtual currency exchangers and administrators who attempt to subvert U.S. law and avoid complying with U.S. AML safeguards.” FinCEN acted in coordination with law enforcement’s seizure of BTC-e and Vinnik’s arrest.

How many bitcoin transactions did helix conduct?
